Cancelling an Order
Orders may be cancelled within ten days of the order being placed, for any reason. To cancel an order, email Orders@CarpeCanem.com; be sure to include your order number.

Return Policy
Items in new, unused condition may be returned within fifteen days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping.

To arrange for a return and refund, email Returns@CarpeCanem.com. Note that you must contact us prior to sending an item for return.
